Alena is an AI-generated muse born from my experiments in self-hosted image generation. She has evolved through countless iterations—from early Stable Diffusion 1.5 prototypes to her refined SDXL and Illustrious form—shaped by months of prompt engineering, workflow refinement, and creative experimentation.
Her world bridges the everyday and the fantastical: a blend of editorial realism, quiet sensuality, cinematic lighting, and the occasional touch of absurd humor. What began as an exploration of AI image generation gradually became something more—a character with her own personality and a visual style that continues to evolve alongside the technology and the artist behind it.
This website is the permanent home of Alena’s journey. Every finished piece belongs here, from everyday portraits and fantasy scenes to more artistic mature works. While I also share many images on DeviantArt, AlenaDreams is where her complete gallery, projects, and ongoing evolution are documented.

Because my workflow relies on much more than prompts alone—including custom scaffolds, luminance maps, image-to-image techniques, and iterative refinement—I don’t typically publish prompts, as they wouldn’t be sufficient to reproduce the final images.
